This moment marks the beginning of each student’s journey to understand the true meaning of leadership, responsibility, and teamwork within an organization. Through this selection process, every participant is encouraged to step out of their comfort zone, develop discipline, build confidence in decision-making, and demonstrate their best contributions to the school and their peers.
More than just becoming a member of the student council, this activity serves as a platform for character development. Students learn how to communicate effectively, collaborate as a team, express ideas and solutions, and cultivate a sense of trustworthiness and responsibility in every task they undertake.
Each stage of the selection process becomes a valuable experience in nurturing leadership qualities grounded in good manners, strong character, and a spirit of collaboration. Because true leadership is not only about leading others, but also about serving, creating positive impact, and becoming a role model for the surrounding community.
Through this pre-division selection, we hope to nurture a generation of young leaders who are active, creative, full of integrity, and ready to bring positive change to both the school environment and the future.
